    Description

    One Ton Arbor Press Plate
    Our new 1 Ton Press Plate is cut out of 3/4" high strength grade 50-A-572 plate steel.  This arbor press plate is a direct replacement for the cast arbor plate found on the 1 Ton Harbor Freight Press ( item #3552).
    The outside diameter of this plate is 4.5"
    We improved upon the plate in two ways!  First, the cutouts are slightly oversized for simpler press out capabilities. Second, is an elimination of the rough taper, which interfered with pressing applications, as it would reduce the overall diameter.
    The low quality cast iron of imported arbor press plates are
    prone to shattering under shock loading.
